Editing your first content

At this point you should have 2 windows open: The administrative environment of ID Constructor and the actual website. Both these adresses were given to you at the end of your registration of ID Constructor.

To edit content, move you mouse to the bottom of the ID Constructor window and locate your quicklinks

and press the Menustructure button. This will open a new ID Constructor window with your entire menustructure in a treeview to the left:

Click on the item named "Home", and the main region to the right of the window changes to a editor with a lot of bogus content:

Delete the first title and enter "Welcome to my new homepage!":

Now press the save button at the top-left side of the editor:

Return to your website window, and hit the refresh button. Now you should see the content change:

You have now sucessfully edited your first content.
